COVID-19
We are taking extra precautions with every client due to the outbreak of COVID-19. We are following proper sanitation and disinfection procedures according to the CDC guidelines. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus.
Possible symptoms include:

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

Fatigue

Muscle or body aches

Headache

New loss of taste or smell

Sore throat

BOOKING POLICY:
A non-refundable booking fee is due at time of booking and will be applied to the cost of service.
Please complete any required client intake/consent forms that apply to your service 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any forms required for services will be sent via text upon booking. Feel free to indicate any notes or special requests in message box on the booking form.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. Appointments can only be rescheduled once per booking fee.
LATE ARRIVAL:
There is a 15min grace period after scheduled appointment time.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Card and cash payments only. ApplePay, Cashapp, or Zelle is not accepted.

FACIALS/SKINCARE TREATMENTS
Please arrive at your appointment with no makeup, if possible.
LASH SERVICES
Must have 50% of lash extensions remaining for a lash fill. Please book a full set if you are not sure. You need to book a full set if it has been over 3 weeks since your last appointment. Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. No makeup, mascara, creams, or oils prior to your appointment! A lash bath will be required if lashes are not clean at time of service and additional $15 will be applied. I do NOT work over lashes done by another artist. If you already have lashes on, please book a full set and lash removal. Please book accordingly! No refunds
BROW SERVICES
Permanent Makeup can lasts 2-3 years with proper aftercare. PMU is a two-step process that requires a touch up 6-8 weeks after the initial service for best results. Please do not book a PMU brow service if you cannot commit to the touch up. We highly recommend scheduling touch up when booking brow service due to availability. Additional fees will apply for touch ups scheduled after 8 weeks! No refunds
