COVID-19
We are taking extra precautions with every client due to the outbreak of COVID-19. We are following proper sanitation and disinfection procedures according to the CDC guidelines. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus.

BOOKING POLICY:
A non-refundable booking fee is due at time of booking and will be applied to the cost of service.
Please complete any required client intake/consent forms that apply to your service 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any forms required for services will be sent via text upon booking. Feel free to indicate any notes or special requests in message box on the booking form.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. Appointments can only be rescheduled once per booking fee.
LATE ARRIVAL:
There is a 15min grace period after scheduled appointment time.

Card and cash payments only. ApplePay, Cashapp, or Zelle is not accepted.

FACIALS/SKINCARE TREATMENTS
*Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup.
WAXING SERVICES
*Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about the size of a grain of rice) for best results. Avoid shaving for 2-3 weeks before your appointment.
*Exfoliate the area 24-48 hours before your appointment to help prevent ingrown hairs.
*Keep skin clean and free of lotions, oils, deodorant, or heavy products on the day of your wax.
*Avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, or harsh skincare products on the wax area for 3-5 days prior to waxing.
*Avoid scheduling your wax right before or during your menstrual cycle, as skin may be more sensitive.
*Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment.
BROW SERVICES
Permanent Makeup can lasts 2-3 years with proper aftercare. PMU is a two-step process that requires a touch up 6-8 weeks after the initial service for best results. Please do not book a PMU brow service if you cannot commit to the touch up. We highly recommend scheduling touch up when booking brow service due to availability. Additional fees will apply for touch ups scheduled after 8 weeks! No refunds
